Covid-19 Practices

Our focus remains on the health and safety of our employees, members, customers and community. To do our part to restrict the spread of Covid-19 and keep everyone safe, we will be practicing the following:
·   Option for online ordering & scheduled pickup
·   Social distancing
·   Disinfect and clean plant containers and tables
·   Available plants on separate and spaced tables
·   Limiting entry and exit paths
·   A limited number of face masks will be available

For your protection and information, please review the CDC Guidance.

Plant Pickup

In order to reduce contact between members of our community, we request that you schedule a time to pick up your plants, if able. This helps us avoid creating crowds.

Schedule a time to pick up your plants

Every year Rio Grande Community Farm strives to have a plant sale fundraiser in support of our yearly programs. Kelvin and our amazing volunteers seed and transplant spring and summer veggies and herbs for our community to use in their home gardens or RGCF community garden plots. We hope to provide affordable plant starts and support folks in their effort to grow their own food.

Some of the programs the plant sale supports include: our education garden, educational workshops, and our sponsored community garden plots.
