In this workshop you will learn…
- Intro to mushrooms and mushroom cultivation, tailored to outdoor desert growing
- Low-tech/no-tech methods to grow gourmet mushrooms on logs, stumps, and in garden beds
- How to recycle spent mushroom substrate and not have to pay for grain spawn or dowels
- Why you should inoculate Siberian Elm stumps with edible mushrooms instead of herbicides
