Broccoli Rabe Cooking and Planting Tips

  • The greens, flowers and stalk are all edible.
  • If you find you need to thin your broccoli rabe, you can eat the thinnings.
  • Broccoli rabe tends to bolt quickly, so don’t be afraid to eat it when it’s young and tender.
  • Broccoli rabe is easy to grow and cold hardy, but careful of a hard freeze!
