Last Saturdays from May through September enjoy garden fresh and pesticide-free produce and flowers from our dedicated small-scale growers at Robinson Park from 8 am to noon.

In addition to the plot of farmland, you receive acequia irrigation, subject to water availability. Well water is available as a secondary water source in case of drought or for establishing young crops on drip lines. You’ll also receive a Rio Grande Community Farm Membership that includes a membership card for each grower in your group, free classes, a farm sticker, newsletter subscriptions, 50% discount on vendor booths at our events, 15% discount on all merch, and early-bird event discounts.

INDIGENOUS URBAN GROWER - MICROFARM SCHOLARSHIP

Rio Grande Community Farm’s Indigenous Urban Growers Scholarships are awarded to Native American growers in-need who are living in urban Albuquerque, New Mexico and are seeking farmland for growing in a sustainable and pesticide-free manner in a diverse community environment. This scholarship is made possible by donations from our Rio Grande Community Farm Member, Timothy Schollenberger.
Eligibility: Native Americans living within urban Albuquerque, New Mexico with the experience and capacity to manage 1/8-acre farm plot with the goal of commercial production who are willing to use sustainable (ie: traditional, regenerative, organic, biodynamic, permaculture) growing methods.
