2.3. Order Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been confirmed and payment has been processed.
3. Shipping and Delivery:
3.1. Local Order Pick up: Order pick up will be scheduled via email following your purchase. Once scheduled, your order can be picked up at 1701 Montaño Rd NW Albuquerque, New Mexico 87107. Email info@riograndefarm.org for questions.
3.2. Shipping Restrictions: We do not have the labor budget to manage shipping for local orders. You will only receive an email to arrange for shipping if you live more than 50 miles from Albuquerque, NM. Shipping will be an additional charge. By purchasing items from this website you agree to these additional shipping charges.
3.3. Importing: It is the buyer’s responsibility to be aware of and comply with any applicable import regulations.
4. Returns and Exchanges:
4.1. Return Policy: All purchases are final. We do not have the labor budget to manage returns.
